Cancellation policy:

Bike rentals go “rain or shine”. You may cancel at no fee provided cancellation request is received by us at least 24 hours before date and time of your reservation.

Cancellation request will not be accepted when received by us less than 24 hours before date and time of your reservation and the reservation deposit will no be refunded.
