Cancellation policy: bike activities go “rain or shine”. You may cancel at no fee if cancellation request is received by us at least 24 hours before date and time of your reservation. Cancellation request will not be accepted when received by us less than 24 hours before date and time of your reservation and the full amount of your reservation will be payable.
