No cancellations are accepted less than 48 hours before departure. In that case the full amount of the booking remains payable.

Can I join if I only speak English?
Yes. English departures are available throughout the week with increased frequency from June to October. Tours are unilingual so be sure to select the correct language when booking.
Is there a participant limit?
The ratio is a maximum of 16 people per guide. As bookings increase the number of guides is adjusted accordingly so your experience remains personalized.
Can young children participate?
Yes there is no age restriction. Children under 6 participate for free. Youth aged 6 to 17 benefit from a reduced rate of $18.
How do I cancel my booking?
Cancellation is free if made at least 2 days before the tour date. Contact Guidatour directly for any changes.
